Our flexible and easy to use General Ledger system is
used to view entries made to specific accounts. You have the option to view
all transactions made to an account or you can select to view transactions
that occurred between a date range or for specific month(s). Also displayed is
the account's beginning balance, current balance and total debits and credits.
Double-click on any transaction to view the entire journal entry for the
transaction.
You have the option of posting transactions based on the
transaction date or current date. The date used is set in the Company Setup.
Along with the date, each transaction will also display the debit and credit
amount, source of the transaction and the type of operation performed.
